Your orders may be delivered by DPD, Evri or Royal Mail, depending on which product and shipping option is best suited for your item. All shipping orders including a method of tracking, which will be emailed to you as soon as they become available. Please note, any import taxes of your country are not covered as part of the shipping fee.

Failed Deliveries & Returned Shipments

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a failed delivery attempt, a refusal to pay local customs duties/taxes, or failure to collect the parcel from a local pickup point, the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

In these instances, we will issue a refund for the cost of the returned item only, minus any return shipping fees or penalties charged to us by the carrier.
