Returns

Isn't it amazing when everything you order online, you want to keep!? Shopping online and trying to get it right can be tricky so if you're unhappy with your purchase, you can return the items to us 14 days after the delivery date. Please note that we are unable to accept returned items passed the 14 day mark.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, not worn and returned in the same condition as received.

Please note, we suggest that when returning the item, you use a tracked label and keep a copy of the receipt to ensure that we get the return.

UK returns - how to return your UK order

1. Get in touch with us via WhatsApp Business with your order number and reason for return.

2. We will generate a pre-paid shipping label. The charge to return back to FJJ in the UK is £3.99 with Royal Mail and £7.99 for Northern Ireland/Ireland.

3. Follow the instruction to print out your label/QR code via email and return the package to the selected drop-off point.

International returns (including EU) return process

To complete your return

1. Package the items in original packaging, unwashed and unworn with all original tags and paperwork.

2. Mail your product to the below address:

3. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. We suggest you use a 'signed for' or tracked service when sending the package back to us as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit or damaged during their return. Additionally, make sure to indicate that this product is being returned on the customs label. Any extra duties that need to be paid will be subtracted from the refund.

4. Once we received your item, we will issue a refund for the item to the same method of payment. Please allow a few days to receive the refund as bank providers vary.
