Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return the item to us 14 days after the delivery date. Please note that we are unable to accept returned items passed the 14 day mark.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, not worn and returned to use in the same condition as received.

Please note, at the moment we do not offer free returns. We suggest that when returning the item, you use a tracked label and keep a copy of the receipt to ensure that we get the return.

 

To complete your return

1. Package the items in original packaging, unwashed and unworn with all original tags and paperwork.

2. Mail your product to the below address:

3. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. We suggest you use a 'signed for' or tracked service when sending the package back to us as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit or damaged during their return.

4. Once we received your item, we will issue a refund for the item to the same method of payment. Please allow a few days to receive the refund as bank providers vary.
